Design decisions
The Ergon Coffee Shop in West Bay was designed as a contemporary, light-filled space that blends Mediterranean warmth with urban sophistication. Natural textures, marble surfaces, cane details, and brass accents create a refined yet inviting atmosphere, while a central tree planter anchors the seating area with greenery. The layout was carefully planned to enhance customer flow, maximize natural views, and balance functionality with a crafted, artisanal aesthetic, making the café both a social hub and a calm retreat.
