Design decisions
Feras & Dana Residence embodies understated luxury through a clean, modern design language enriched with natural textures and warm tones. The home balances openness and intimacy with double-height spaces, floor-to-ceiling glazing that frames lush greenery, and a refined material palette of stone, wood, and soft fabrics. Earthy neutrals are punctuated by fresh green accents, while bespoke furniture and carefully integrated details create an atmosphere that is both contemporary and timeless. The residence is a celebration of light, nature, and elegant simplicity, designed to provide comfort while exuding a sense of quiet sophistication.
