Design decisions

In this private residence, we designed the lobby as a statement of refined grandeur, an arrival space that sets the tone for the entire home. We kept in mind the importance of scale and proportion, creating soaring double-height walls clad in seamless stone panels, enhanced by vertical lighting that accentuates their height and texture. We did this by introducing a minimalist yet luxurious material palette, where polished surfaces reflect natural light and subtle bronze accents add depth and warmth. Custom display niches and floating consoles provide moments of elegance while keeping the space uncluttered. The central chandelier installation, paired with carefully integrated architectural lighting, creates both drama and balance, ensuring the lobby feels monumental yet welcoming. Every detail was curated to embody timeless sophistication, transforming the entrance into both a gallery and a living experience.
