Design decisions

This project was conceived as a bold statement of modern architecture, blending geometric clarity with functional luxury. We designed the villa with clean sculptural lines and striking cantilevered forms that create both shade and visual dynamism. Expansive glazing ensures that the interiors remain connected to the outdoors, flooding the living spaces with natural light and framing views of the landscaped garden and pool. We kept in mind the client’s desire for a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, integrating generous terraces, a sunken lounge, and an elongated pool as extensions of the home’s social core. Material selections emphasize lightness and durability, crisp white facades contrast with textured stone walls, grounding the home in its context while maintaining a contemporary edge. Every design decision was made to balance privacy with openness, functionality with elegance, and modern aesthetics with timeless livability.
